We’re Back Baby
By Flint | September 9, 2011
Well I just got through cleaning out the dead weight from the clan as the GI-Joe Clan moves into a new era. RocknRoll has built a new computer in preparation for this momentous day. He will be posting details about his build in the coming weeks so you can get a glimpse of the powerhouse in all its glory.
I have been working on the site for a while now to get it ready for our move to Battlefield 3. Check out the latest Battlefield 3 video below.
We will be updating the site a bit more frequently now. Anyhow I want you all to give me a big camp GI Hi Hi HIYAA! And lets get on the field finally.
A note to all of our old members you are welcome to come back to the clan if you plan on getting battlefield 3, let me know by contacting me.

Clan Is Coming Back
By RocknRoll | February 4, 2011
After taking a break for about a month or so the clan is finally off life support and will be better and badder then ever. We just got our new All Out Servers 1000fps private match server up and running and will be starting to scrim again this Friday. I’m excited to announce a new starting five very soon and I hope that the chemistry will be better this time and will take us far into the turnament. If anyone has the contact information for Gung Ho please send it to me as I don’t want to rebuild this roster without him. He played an integral role in the small success that we had in this clan since bringing it back in 2010. Let’s start the new year off with a bang and most of all have as much fun as we can! Yo, let’s go Joes! PS: Lifelines profile has been updated by Flint with his latest photo.

By Flint | January 1, 2011
Happy New Years 2011!
The votes are in and we have a winner for the ESEA membership. I am writing this at exactly New Years Eastern time…
After a hard fought battle Backblast has weathered the storm to take this months championship member of the month! Congratulations to him and to Gungho and Gaucho who made a valent effort. Backblast will not be included in next months member of the month voting so it is anyone’s game.
Next month we will be giving away full admin on the new public server that we plan to buy. Have fun!
Check below for the final scores:

Free ESEA Membership
By Flint | December 21, 2010

As you can see the vote is up and working and to celebrate the GI-Joe Clan will be buying one lucky poll winner an ESEA account to use in the coming season. GungHo is the current leader, followed by Backblast and Gaucho.
Requirement is you need to be in the clan of course and one of the people listed in the poll. At some point I hope to be able to support the team in ESEA completely, but for now best of luck in your bid to win. Polls closes on December 31st eastern at midnight so get busy!
PS: I finally updated the babe of the week ( also changed it to babe of the month ) so enjoy, and Gaucho I will use your babe next month cause I never saw the link you gave me.

GI-Joe Clan Over Team Twisted
By RocknRoll | December 18, 2010
We played well in our 16-10 victory over Team Twisted defending our number 3 spot on the TWL Ladder. We dominated them first half 11-4 thanks to great teamwork and fast rotations. In the second half we got off to a shaky start by losing our pistol round but fought off their comeback with key bomb site holds. Here is a video of RocknRoll holding down bombsite A in this key round which gave us the momentum to victory.

New Server and Other Stories
By Flint | November 24, 2010
We plan to buy a new 2000fps Torchserver on Thursday, I will be sure to let you know when or if we do. I want scrim more often, so this should help to motivate me to play. Rocknroll will get all the maps and twl config set up on there in a jiffy.
Other news is we have two new members Blowtorch and Gaucho. Please give them a warm camp GI-Joe welcome if you happen to see them. And remember do not wait to say hello. Life is fragile and even more so when you are a member of the Real American Hero Unit known as the GI-Joe clan.
I will now take a minute to list some of the notable members from the past and their deaths:

Ace – 2005 to 2006
Ace was killed while skying at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. He was barreling down, Bonecrusher sounding off in his ear, as he took a hair spin turn to avoid a small child he smacked his temple into a maple tree. He was DOA at St. Clair. We will still miss his…. well his.. well I think we got over him actually.
Treadfire – 2005 to 2006
This kid was one of a kind and his jersey was retired after we lost contact with him. Not sure what else to say about Treadfire but in this clan he was a father a brother and a freak. And the bitch hacked.
Heavyduty – 2005 to 2006
Heavyduty was hands down, without a doubt, the worst cs player I have ever seen. Heavy had an uncanny skill at pissing off almost anyone he set his target on. Most of the time that target was on Skicreeper, and the results from his constant belittling were nothing short of legendary. Needless to day Skicreeper is now a ragging narcotics addict and can barely put a sentence together because of Heavy’s vent bullying. Heavyduty will be missed greatly, but his jersey will be retired as well.
PS: Our match was fizzled again. Once the other clan heard that they were playing the GI-Joe Clan they decided not to show. Probably for the best.

The GI-Joe Clan dominated our match yesterday against team imok to take #10 rung on the TWL 5v5 Ladder. The match was on de_train and Longarm truly played like a champion in this one confirming my choice to make him team co-captain. Lets keep this rollin’ Joes. Our next ladder match will be 11/24 on Wednesday against The OatKasts on de_season. We better bring our best game in this one because I hear they have a lot of experience in the TWL and this will be for the #2 spot on the ladder. Also here is a screen shot from the match.

Taking A Dive
By RocknRoll | November 17, 2010

The team took a dive yesterday when we lost our match on inferno to Flamingo Force dropping us to 0-5 for the season. We didn’t really practice for this one and only had one of our starters playing. I am a results driven guy and from that standpoint we really just didn’t get it done. They definitely brought there A game and we were like a bunch of wild geese running around aimlessly for our lives. We will assess this one in the films and evaluate and make the necessary adjustments so that we can respond in our next match.

Royal Flush
By RocknRoll | November 15, 2010

With a disappointing 0-4 start in our first season in TWL it was only a matter of time before we had to make some changes. Torpedo had some undisclosed issues with Gung Ho that will not be discussed here further so he decided to part ways and took his off spring with him. We wish him and his new team the best and hope they do well. On a more positive note we are seeing constant improvement from our dedicated member RapidFire and he recently sent me this photo of him 2nd fragging with nearly 400 ping. I will be announcing a new starting roster in the upcoming weeks that I am very excited about. Also we are planning to order a End of Reality 1000fps gaming server if all our starters are willing to chip in a little. Our next match will be this Tuesday against Flamingo Force on inferno. A win would sure be nice but most importantly lets keep improving and building team chemistry.
